EDIT: To be fair , Christine did bring our dog from the facility to her own home to begin recuperation. Really, she went above and beyond once the injury occurred and I truly appreciate that. She also communicated with us frequently via email. It's just been a difficult time for us seeing our dog go through this and we have quite a ways to go before a full recovery is achieved. Thankfully they have taken steps to avoid this kind of injury in the future. ORIGINAL REVIEW: If I could give ZERO stars I would! We boarded our dog there for the 2010 holidays and less than 24 hours after we dropped him off we were contacted that his leg was broken and he needed surgery! According to the vet the femur is the hardest bone in the body and it takes a great deal of pressure to break! Draw your own conclusion. This has been an expensive nightmare!
