I had an amazing experience with Drain Doctor twice. The first time I had a broken water pipe with an outside faucet, and they responded immediately. I live in a manufactured home, and the piping is different. They didn't have the fitting for it. They went to town, found what they needed, and then fixed me up with no extra charges. Everything was above board, and I was very pleased with it.
I also bought a tankless hot water heater from them, and helping me decide what to get was a big factor in their service. They helped me through a big error I made. I had gone to big box stores to choose something, and I didn't really study to see what was the best option. Drain Doctor actually helped me look on the internet for the best route to take. They didn't influence me, but instead just showed me what was out there, and then I made my own decision. They gave me options I had not thought of.
The installation and follow up was great. I couldn't have been more happy. They never hurried me or made me feel like I was taking up too much of their time. I have been in this area for almost 10 years, and I have had some pretty bad experiences with plumbing companies. It is a relief to me to see the honesty and integrity of this company. Fred himself actually checked to make sure I was satisfied.
