I have been a client for 7 years and I always have a truly great experience. They updated the salon & spa about 3 years ago and it's absolutely beautiful. Seana and Melissa are the managers at the front desk who bend over backwards to make sure your have a great experience. The rest of the staff is wonderful as well, I am always approached during my visit by a few different people offering a cup of coffee or tea. Love the new amenities, fresh fruit, cheese and crackers, assorted muffins and cookies. They even serve wine and champagne! I usually see Jessica for my hair and Linda for my facials and waxing. I have tried others and never had a bad experience. In fact, everyone I have recommended still go! I've been to pretentious salons that lack customer service, La Novita is not one of them.
