Wow, I have already almost a year with a mail box on this place. The customer service is awful actually they don't know the meaning of that word. I was paying my box, month by month with my debit card. I authorized then to make the payments automatically and they charged me 3 month together, when I called was no apology or anything was just a guy saying that was easy to charge it in that way and they thought that was I wanted... Really? I keep the box because all my mail and important info is forward to that address. I changed my card and three months later on January I came from vacation on the 4th and when I went to check my mail my box was close... Ok I made the payment (I do not understand how they lock the box of a customer that have almost a year with them for three days due, but is ok I can try to understand that part), then on the 13th my box was close again and I couldn't go until the 17th because I work during the day... They were returning my mail, etc because ""I didn't pay my box""!!!! Really!?!??!?! That s ridiculous! I show them my receipt and they open the box again... On the 25th MY BOX WAS CLOSE AGAIN and was until today that I can talk to then by phone and they said with attitude that they do not received a payment from me since September and they decide to terminate my box... REALLY?!?!?!?!?!? This people is beyond ridiculous!
