The damage to the wall was due to an adjacent neighbors property damaging the wall. SEVERAL attempts were made to assist this client. We even offered financial assistance and forwarded it to our insurance company...their findings were also inclusive that the failure occurred due to the neighbor's failure to maintain their property. In some instances, the clients expectations are just unrealistic. :)
