The previous post by Nahner123 is completely false and obviously fabricated. First off it anyone driled a hole in a refrigerant line with 350 lbs. of pressure in it, the Freon gas would leak out within 2 minutes. Secondly if the system was installed two years ago, all the parts are still under full factory warranty. Third it the system was wired wrong, how could it have operated for two full years?\r
When our corporate attorneys started researching these slanderous accusations, they found that this person has apparently put several very strange posting on the internet. One of their messages was on a website that dealt with aliens abducting people from earth. They were asking other members if they knew what the secret code was??? Our service department ran approximately 14,000 service calls last year and obviously we are going to run into all kinds of people. \r
