At the end of the year (tax time), you cannot download ALL of your electronic checking transactions for the entire year. SACU dumbed it down.\r

When I first joined SACU, you could download up to 2 years of checking transactions. Then they ""upgraded"" the system and now YOU CAN ONLY DOWNLOAD ONE MONTH. Just ONE MONTH!!!\r

When I tried to complain and ask for an eventual upgrade, the head financial guy (who made the decision to dumb it down) just shrugged his shoulders....blah, blah, ""there's nothing I can do"" blah blah blah.\r

Then he had the nerve to say it was to save computer disk space!! I informed him that for $100, you could buy enough disk space to store EVERY transactions for 10 YEARS. He just waited for me to finish and shrugged his shoulders again.\r

Ok, he made a dumb decision. But to just not care about the impact to the customer is unforgiveable.\r

I'm now searching for a bank with a better Electronic Banking system.\r
