After dropping my wife's car off for a simple oil change, I was called and informed by the service manager Kenny that the rear struts were ""falling apart and leaking really bad"" and needed to be replaced immediately to the tune of $600. I didnt buy this ""story"" as there had been no indication of a strut issue or any sign of any leaking at all so I declined the service. Good thing I did.\r

I took the car to another shop who promptly put the car up on the racks for an inspection and told me the struts were in good shape and not leaking at all. \r

Needless to say, I will NEVER EVER step foot in this establishment again.
