Really appreciate the personal customer service, willingness to take the time to answer my questions, and contacting my previous insurance agent during my transition over to State Farm. It is very convenient to have both our auto and home insurance under one roof, as opposed to multiple insurance agencies, and the savings was a nice added bonus.
