I sustained an injury yesterday morning. I made it to Patient First because I didn't want to sit in an emergency room for twelve hours. Since mine was a back and neck injury, that would have easily been the case. However, even though I have Anthem BC/BS, I was told I needed to hand over some cash for my deductible. I had no cash on me, whatsoever, as I hadn't intended to be in an accident, yesterday. The ""caring"" folks at this facility showed me to the door and escorted me out! There was not one bit of concern for the patient...only whether I had cash on hand.\r

Don't bother with this place. They've let it be widely known what their first priority is.
