I used them through my local gym in Camby, IN. I signed up for a 6 month term to get ready for a wedding I was in. They billed my credit card for a seventh month so I called them as soon as I received my bill. They said my contract automatically renewed and the only way to cancel it is to send a certified letter. They cannot cancel by phone, email, or fax. Only certified letter and then they will cancel 30 days later. So, I will be billed one more time even after I called them. I understand this is probably in the contract and I should have read it more thoroughly (which I will do this evening) but it is something that should be pointed out when signing up.
