After reading the bad review from slindylou I feel I need to respond. I tried to advise the homeowner 3 different times that I could not fix the problem because of the need for carpentry repairs where the water heater was sitting. I did not just 'walk away', I also attempted to explain that we do not do repairs to wood, sheetrock, etc., but the gentleman would not accept that. I did not feel I needed to argue with him, so again, I told him to call a carpenter and I left. I try to put my customers first and treat others the way I would like to be treated. Bishop Plumbing Services was the FIRST ""Oxford's Best"" plumbers and we will continue to strive to provide professional quality work that is in our realm to our customers.
