Store owner mislabeled saddle seat size, so it doesn't fit rider, the cinch strap had a defect, store owner insisted saddle fit horse properly (we took horse there for fitting by store owner), but it does not fit horse. Took saddle back two days later but would not refund; TOLD US TO EBAY OR CONSIGN IT!. Do not consider this business to be trustworthy.
