It's not very comforting to be ""greeted"" with a grunt after waiting 10 minutes for the car wash to open (they were busy smoking). Inside the man at the counter never even said a word until I first spoke with him. It is hard to believe with the amount of people looking for work that employees aren't kinder and/or happier to be working. What ever happened to customer service?\r
The car looks fine, but the experience was less than fine!
