Took my laptop to Azzo to get keyboard replaced. They tested the hard drive first and passed with flying colors. Gave them the OK to proceed with repairs. A few days went by and I hadn't heard from them so I called. They said they had bad news. They claim they wanted to test the drive one more time after the repair and suddenly it was bad and can't be repaired. It would have to be replaced. I picked the laptop and took it to another computer shop and they immediately told me that the hard drive have been dropped and damage resulted.
