ATTN: Do not use this company. These people are rude, incompetent jerks who will treat you horribly. They are obviously the DMV rejects or people fired from DMV. Imagine your worst day at the DMV and this is the type of service you will get at this company. This was out of the milpitas location, and I can't imaging anything better coming out of their other locations. I'm grateful I am done with them and having the device removed from my vehicle was a relief, not due to the device, but due to the company I unfortunately chose. Please go elsewhere.\r
