I scheduled a move for my dead grandmother's furniture 5 days in advance. 2 days before the move, they changed the time from noon - 2, to 8:45 am! My 70 year old mother was to meet the movers because I live several states away and that was not ok for her. They gave me a sob story about how the move before ours canceled and they had to move ours up to make it worthwhile for them. Left me last minute to find another company, and I paid through the nose to get the furniture out in time. I would give 0 stars but this wouldn't let me.
