I bought a recliner at the Savon store in Fort Myers. It was delivered on time but was defective. I went back to the store and in a very few minutes after talking with the salesman and the Manager, they agreed to bring me the floor model in exchange for what I got. The Manager himself brought the chair the next day as promised in his own vehicle. I am very pleased with their service and want everyone to know.
