My contractor ordered 2 large windows, exact same size, from Advanced Window Products. We were given a price and a date for right after Thanksgiving for delivery. When the windows didn't come in, we made a call and they gave us a run-around. They promised the windows by the middle of December, when the windows came in, one was right the other one totally wrong so we had to return it. Another date given, another passed week. Another call and were told they would be in for sure the week between Christmas and New Year's. Again, no windows. 2 weeks into January, I was livid and my contractor called and was told the windows were in, however, they couldn't find them. We were told they were on a truck to be delivered and we could expect it the next day. No truck ever came and no window. We called the next day to ask why it wasn't delivered and the person said they couldn't find the window. Are you kidding ME?? Why would they say it's on a truck to be delivered and now say it's lost? My contractor went up for the 4th time in 2 weeks and was told they were moving and so it was probably at the new warehouse. He drove to the new place and had to look himself, no window. He had to drive back to Utah County and just as he got off the freeway, he got a call from Advanced saying that they found it at the old warehouse. It never WAS on a truck scheduled for delivery, and they just don't seem to care about their customers. Service was horrible and the company very irresponsible, and dishonest in their dealings. I would never recommend nor use this i company again.
