I couldn't believe the Hyatt did not have a salon in their hotel. The front desk referred me here and there's even a discount for 20% service. This salon reminds me of one at home, clean and pleasant. My nails needed some serious work and needed a manicure, STAT! It was a wonderful experience and was more than I expected. I was also given a tiny bottle of top coat to take with me. She could tell I took care of my nails and asked if got manicures on a weekly basis. (I do, even though I travel alot). She affectionately called them 'easy nails'. I had to laugh! If I had more time I would've done the pedicure. The only problem is the manicurist does not do fake nails and had to turn away my friend. I'm going back tomorrow for color, blowdry and style!
