I had been looking for a Lincoln Navigator for quiet some time. I was traveling home to New Mexico when I stopped by Hooks to check out a 2007 Navigator. Which I ended up buying (now with regrets). This vehicle had set on their lot for about 6 months before I purchased it. You would have thought they would have made sure it was in tip top shape and all the warantied repairs done while it belonged to them. \r

My 87 yr old mom & I spent over 5hrs as they were preparing the vehicle for me to take possession. We left Hooks on our 8 hr drive home just to find out when we got home that I have a leak in the brake line. Thank God that my brakes worked properly until we got home.\r

That is only one of the many issues I have with this sale. I wish I would have read the other review before buying from Hooks. My salesmans name was Dirk. He lives up to all you have ever heard about salesman. \r

If you do buy from Hooks be sure and check the vehicle you are going to purchase out thoroughly, because, at least my salesman was not completely forthcoming.
