These people are a billing nightmare. they will bill under three different names to get your money. They will take money out of your account multiple times and when you call to ask what it is they say this kinda fee, call back 20 minutes later and they will tell you something different. going back over bank records today i found out in the past year they have billed my account multiple times during a month on more than one occasion and under different names. do not go direct billing with these people or they will take all they can get . after calling on Monday they took another amount out on tuesday. You can not get a straight answer, when ask for account manager they are not in when ask for gym manager they are gone ask for corporate and they will tell you to call the 1-800 number which directs you back to the same place you just called. It has been a nightmare....
