My service has been down for now 8 days. I've watched my priority go from no priority to CRITICAL to presently CATASTROPHIC. My service is intermittant at best, when the outside temperature gets below freezing I loose all service. However, today being a week day I stayed home from work as I knew a service technician was coming out at 9 a. m. to finally take care of the problem. Not even a CATASTROPHIC priority could get them out here. I wasted a day off work, no phone calls, no courtacy, no service . . . . nothing.\r
