Ok, so Pollo Tropical is fast food. I typically don't like fast food fried chicken places like KFC because of the amount of grease and fat that is present in the food. But Pollo Tropical is grilled chicken. The fajaita that you can get here is a lot of food, as you get enough food for three fajaitas as well as two side dishes. I went with a grilled chicken sandwich and fries, of which I sampled the guava bbq sauce as well as the curry mustard, condiments that you just can't find anywhere you go.
