He called for assistance with a service problem. I helped him identify the problem and supplied the material to complete the job for his customer. That was a year ago on 01-27-2010, he still has not paid us for the material. It's fustrating to see that people do things like this. We were nothing but helpful, and went on good faith that he was a man of his word. Looks like we'll be writing this one off to a bad experience.
