KO is a great place to change your life around and get into shape!
I have been a member for quite some time now and I really like it here. The staff and management are wonderful! If there is any sort of problem, the staff are on top of things and try their best to fix it right away. No problem gets unnoticed.
The personal trainers and instructors are so friendly! They really motivate you when you workout. I'm the type of person that needs to be pushed by others, and that is exactly what the trainers and instructors do. They focus on you and your goals.
The gym is also very clean. The equipment seems fairly new, at least within 5 years. KO is maintained very well!
Knockout is a great, local, no pressure gym!
