I had previously used a different plumbing service. They stood me up. I called Mr. Quik for services on a Saturday afternoon. They offered me an appointment for that very same Sunday or Monday. Mark arrived on time at 8:30 am on the dot. I was like wow! I called for my stems to be changed. However, it turns out my water heater was leaking which needed to be changed. I also had been hearing water and informed him I wanted to know where it was going. I had smelled a musty smell in one of my bathrooms. I wanted to be sure that it was nothing major. It turns out I had a broken pipe from my kitchen to my bathroom. It had to be replaced. I am scared to think if I had waited any longer what kind of issues I could have as an end result. The services provided were very professional. He worked quickly. The prices were reasonable. I would recommend them to friends and family. Wonderful job guys!
