I bought a table from Golden West, which was fine, except the default cloth was really slow and pilled up a lot. A few months later I had them re-cover it with Simonis 860, which wasn't done very tightly, had multiple wrinkles near the side pockets and still played slow. Then a few months later, I had them restretch the cloth and add facings to the pockets to tighten them up. The surface cloth is still loose near the side pockets. The rail cloth has loose, thick flaps of cloth over the facings in the side pockets. And, all the rail facings are heavily tapered, creating a ramp for balls to fly of the table when shot firmly into the pockets. I have provided photos that clearly illustrate these problems but they stand by their work. (check their google entry for a link to my blog with photos)\r

I want to believe that Golden West once stood for quality and customer service, which is why I bought a table from them in the first place, but their current service crew and sales manager seem to have forgotten their heritage.
