This company was hideously cruel to my mother as my father was on his death bed and even crueler after he died. They say their work is guaranteed, but they did a horrible job on the floor. In fact they ruined it in several places making it much worse than before. My mother did not know what to do. She tried calling them and I came to find her crying because of what they were saying. She was cheated out of thousands of dollars. There excuse was that because there was moisture under house, they would not help. Somehow, humidity caused the floor to buckle and become waves, even though none of her floor in the passed have done this and the house has been there a while. If moisture would be a problem, they should have told her. How could they expect her to know?\r
I am appalled at how cruel the company was. You do not know how it will effect you until you see somebody you care about so broken up over losing her husband, being cheated out of thousands of dollars, and not having any more money to fix the damage the company caused.
