Granted, they are a cable company, and they have a semi- for that in Olathe. But my volume control wasn't working on the remote and I brought it in for replacement, over lunch. I expected a line. They had 3 customer service people, two of which were with other customers. I was in and out in less than 30 seconds. \r

Very courteous, very efficient, absolutely no complaint.\r

They didn't get a 5th star because, well, they didn't shine my shoes or buy me lunch. 5 stars to me is going way above the norm. They were above the norm, not way above.
