Oliver's used to be Quiznos a couple of years ago but was purchased by a family and turned independent. They still have the same toasting oven from Quiznos and the layout still looks the same.
The menu however is much different. You have multiple options for bread, from sliced to roll. The ingredients are better than you'd find at a chain sandwich shop, and you have different options too. I've always been happy with how my food tastes.
I will say that the prices are a little bit high. You won't find a five dollar footlong here.
