I have never written a bad review before but I feel it is necessary to warn others about this company.
I have owned homes for 30 years and have had a number of repair service people out to work on appliances over the years. The service people at Twin Cities Appliances are not very good and have required multiple visits to repair appliances. At their last visit, the repair man caused a leak at the connection for the hot water line for the dishwasher when he pulled the dishwasher out. When I got home that night there was buckling of our hardwood floors and my son's walk-in closet below the dishwasher was soaking wet. We've started cleaning everything up and getting the damage repaired using a company that does this sort of thing. Tim, the owner of Twin Cities Appliances, says that the leak must have been there before and that his repairman never touched the site of the leak, although Dave, the repairman, admits to noticing a slow leak at the site before he left and did have to pull the dishwasher out and caused stress on the connection. I'm looking at about $20,000 of repair (only $2500 is my deductible). Tim and his insurance are denying they caused the problem. We'll see how this ends. Anyway avoid them at all costs, not only because of the leak I experienced, but because they are dishonest and just not very good.
