We had a reservation but still waited for 2 hours from food to arrive after being seated. The waiter was at first apologetic and explained that they seated his entire section at once even though the dining room wasn't even half full. Then the manager (Samantha) came over to apologize and said they were short a busboy to let her know if there were any more problems. There were - one of the burners were broken and had to be switched out resulting in half our party finishing eating before the other half even started. Drinks were empty and not getting refilled. It actually seemed like the service was getting worse. We asked to speak to Robin again and this time she came over and told us to finish our food and leave !? Apparently she was embarrassed and didn't know how to handle the situation. It was crazy and disappointing as we'd been eating at the Littleton location for years and always had a pleasant experience.
