you would think that a program that is based on honesty, caring, responsibility and respect would actually follow those values. In the number of years that my children have attended the everett y school age care i have been thrilled with the program. sadly that changed in the last year. I have watched amazing staff leave with no explanation and with them the drive for quality has seemed to leave as well. It really seems as though they care more about money than the kids. why else would they pack 70+ kids at one summer site. cancel field trips and let go long term stellar staff?
