I would recommend Michael Berger to anyone considering a bankruptcy. I had called another office before calling him and would have had to wait a whole month before the lawyer could see me. Michael, on the other hand, was immediately available to meet with me and my husband and was very informative and helpful. We worked with Sofya Davtian who was wonderful and patient. Our case was somewhat complicated and long and they helped with everything. They were very diligent and non judgmental. We even decided to switch from a ch 13 to a 7 after they had done so much work on the 13 case already, and they were always patient, understanding, and courteous towards us. I really appreciate all their help.
