I orginially sought their help for my child after moving to Pearland. The trainers were quite friendly and knowledgeable--at first--but then I realized how TERRIBLE the owners are! Kristina and her husband, a former trainer who has NO business sense, are just awful. Their best trainers have all left because they run their business so poorly...the owners are not present on a regular basis, do not provide adequate/ongoing training for their employees, run a shady business, and are only concerned with how much money they can pocket....not the family's best interest. RUN IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION. I recommend the Shape of Behavior or another place that is better established and run by professionals. I
