When I saw this review I was outraged, so I researched the validity of this guy's perspective. He may be missing a few screws. If you look at any of his other reviews you'll see that all he does is post negative reviews if he doesn't get freebies.. I hope nobody believes his post about Burns. Anybody who's ever been there knows that the staff there is very helpful and Burns Tobacconist is the premier tobacco shop in the area. I just don't want Burns getting a bad rap cause this nut thinks he deserves handouts.. anyway.. I give Burns 5 Stars because it's probably my favorite place to hang out in Chattanooga, and everybody there makes me feel like family.. you should stop in and tell them Pee Gloves sent you!!
