There is a reason why Geek Squad has very bad reputation. I was told that my PC would be fixed in 2-3 days, 14 days after and 7 phone calls from me (half of them were not returned) my PC still was not fixed and I had to pay $130 for this! The stuff was not able to figure out why my PC can not do Windows update... and for 2 weeks was telling the same story that my PC is undergoing diagnostics. Do not take your PC there!
