I'm so happy about my Philip Press platinum engagement ring I want to shout it from the mountain tops, or at least the Hollywood Hills, where I live. After six years of being together, my boyfriend finally proposed and I was elated. But I wasn't so elated about picking a ring. I didn't know where to start.
