Beverly Burkhardt at Burkhardt's LP Gas was the worst I have every had with a so-called customer service rep. She was snippy,..and many other things that she said to me on the telephone were not nice) Their company let our LP tank run out of fuel 3 times in 60 days in the middle of nov/dec/Jan. after she assured me they would monitor consumption. When I tried to discuss the seriousness of that mistake, she got extremely defnsive. Her big concern was getting paid for the gas. even though my account was not past due!!
