My tech was able to come bright and early on a Saturday morning. It was really convient because I still had the whole day to do stuff and I work during the week. I do have larger dogs so I did expect to pay a little extra, which, if you have dogs, you know is ok because its a real pain to clean those stains on your own. Once he was hear it took a look at everything and went to work right away. I do look forward to them coming back out and will recommend them to anyone. Not to mention i love not have the stench of doggies in my house!
