In general I liked the quality of service I received. However, there were two areas that I think can be improved.
1st: You kept my car too long. You had it ll day for a 55,000 mile check up with an oil change;
2nd: I was not able to use my credit card because your system was down... luckily I had a check with me and I was able to pay that way.
3rd:The lady who checked me in was gone for the day and the gentleman who checked me out had not been informed that I had asked to have my service book updated.
