After purchasing a car wash with my gasoline ($.10 per gallon more than down the street), I waited about 10 minutes in line to get into the wash. The wash broke down while we were in it. Our car was covered with soap and water (10 degrees). Washes breakdown and can happen anywhere...It happens. But, I drove out of the wash and had to return to the office to get a new ticket. They reset the wash after I got out and it was working again. Sitting outside with frozen soap covering the car, I had to wait in line behind 11 cars to get back through. No upgrade, no free wash! Wait in line again, refund or go to another Fantasys.
The 3 people in the wash when it broke got nothing. Looks like I'll spend the $200 a month I spend on gas at Buckys!!
