I just signed up after being referred by a friend and have nothing but great things to say. The trainers are very motivational and push you to do your best, not allowing you to give up on yourself. I like that their workouts are never boring or repetitive, and that they are suited to your specific needs. Also, the scheduling is so flexible that there's no excuse to ever miss. HIGHLY recommend this gym!
