I began working out here in March 2010 and have been very impressed with the results. I have lost about 25 pounds and now can wear all of the clothes I wore in high school and college. I can even wear my prom dress!
The trainers - Brett and Eddie - have been supportive and energetic about my goals of losing weight and toning up. They have listened when I wanted to focus on certain muscle areas of my body and have been helpful in suggestions for keeping with the diet plan as well.
I would happily recommend this gym to anyone who is looking to begin a workout regime as well as someone who is already in great shape and looking for ramp up their workout.
