I took my computer in because I thought the hard drive had crashed. Mike was great with his price and he even brought it down from $250 to $180. I thought great - and then he called me the next day and said its not the hard drive - is the secondary hard drive (or the disc drive). Well a week later it was ready, I got it home and NO DISC DRIVE. It wasnt even there. I had to take it back. His initial reaction was .. oh yeah.. well it wasnt me who worked on it so I will fix and and call you. Its been over a week - and so I called him. Mind you I had already paid him for the work. He informs me that its not done yet because he had a bunch of customers who came in that he had to prioritize. I ALREADY PAID YOU! I asked him to clarify for me that he actually put me on the back burner of priorites because he had new business? REALLY? And then he hung up on me. I called him back and asked when it would be ready. He informed me should be ready today. He also told me that "" You know, I got really busy and I have to stay in business."" Yes Mike you do. And the way to do that is to do good business and to take care of business. Here is the kicker ... I sent a friend over there to get a key replaced on his lap top - MIKE BROKE THE KEY BOARD WITH THE CUSTOMER STANDING RIGHT THERE AND THEN CHARGED HIM OVER $90 TO FIX WHAT HE BROKE! He also told my friend to come back the next day at 10:00 am to pick up the NOW broken lap top.. of which Mike was not there and didnt answer the phone. My friend drove all the way over to Littleton from Aurora based on my recommendation - which I made after the initial contact. I PROMISE YOU MIKE - I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND YOUR SERVICES OR YOUR BUSINESS AND I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW ON THAT END OF TOWN DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH SOMEONE WHO DOEST CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!
