well, besides the piece of rebar they had sticking out of their parking lot.. (In the HANDICAP SPOT) for 2-weeks.. They are stellar- at making customers wait in line and serving bad coffee. I thought the place was closing with all the empty shelves and not so friendly people serving you. Ow and they apparently are not that worried about selling their ""ice Cream"" (Dairy)???? Cause they either make you wait for a while to get it or they are shutting it down to ""Defrost"" and it's unavailable.. So.. out of towners who want cincy ice cream.. go to Graeter's.............
