If I could give them a 0 star rating I would. We started the process on November 1 with their sister company Sydion Financial Group in Federal Way, WA. We signed our refi papers at the title company the first week of January, waited the required 3 day recision period only to find out the following Monday that they had lost their lines of credit. Now they're trying to string us along.
