TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE!!! I received Botox (over 30 units) and had absolutely terrible results. I immediately knew I would not have good results as the PA did not hit targeted areas that other pratictioners had in the past. He injected the entire 30 units in only 6 injections! I waited the 2 weeks as they suggested to see final results and still the right side of my forehead had frown lines while the left was smooth. I went back a third time (after a REDO of a couple more units into the area!) to show the PA the uneven results and had to listen to him tell me how great he was and how experienced he was. He also informed me that he has had many facial droops in the past and this is why he is ultra conservative now. Then he told me there was nothing else he could do. So.......there went $300 down the drain. I did ask for Dr. Kincaid to come in to my room and look at the results and was informed he was too busy. He was out in the hall outside my room and could not take a minute to take a look at poor results! I complained to the office manager who agreed the results were uneven & assured me Dr. Kincaid would call me. I have not heard from anyone in the office!!! Not only were the results horrible but the manner in which this situation was handled was completely unprofessional. I am an RN who worked previously in a national medi spa. I am aware of what good practice is. I am only glad I didn't have a surgical procedure or something much larger done there! Apparently this is why they have to advertise so heavily in the local magazines!
