My hair just hasn't been looking right for a while (thanks to my last hair cut) but because I'm extremely attached to my long hair, I'm terrified of going to a stylist who does what THEY want as opposed to doing what I want. I usually visit a new hair salon only after taking a recommendation from a friend (where I've seen the work of the stylist). But this hasn't worked out the past couple of times so I decided to do some online research which led me here. After reading the glowing reviews for Salon Monaco, I called and was able to get an appointment with no problem. The salon itself is ridiculously beautiful and the entire staff is super friendly (and everyone is gorgeous) :-) Victoria hands down gave me the best cut of my life (yes, of my life). She didn't just sit me down in her chair and pretend to listen to me. She actually sat me down and looked over my hair before it had been washed and asked me tons of questions about my hair and how I maintain it. It sounds pretty silly thinking about this now but shouldn't this be standard practice? It hasn't been in all my years of visiting hairstylists so I was particularly impressed from the start. I already made my next appointment and so should you!!
